I originally got into discs through Freestyle. I have loved "Frisbees" since I was about 5. I saw someone delay a disc (Steve Colatriano AKA "Shark", the disc artist). I asked him how to do it and went and bought a disc on my way home. After styling for a couple years, my partners stopped playing. I just loved Frisbees, period. There were some guys that played disc golf while we freestyled. I traded a hacky sack for a golf disc and have been golfing ever since.
Most Memorable Moment
I have 2:
#1. 1991 Worlds - Dayton: I finished tied for fifth. Never dropped out of the top 10 all week. Opened 1st round with a -12 at Triangle Park to lead all players.
#2. Rocky Mountain Disc Golf Championships - 1998: 1st Super Tour win, my biggest check - $1,200. Came from 7 shots behind in the Final to win by 1 shot off Geoff Lissaman.
